With the help of their Fortune-1000 clients, they had a few qualified translators and writers, but starting in January they executed a concentrated effort to expand their pool, as demand continues to increase.
The search process is involved, posting releases and advertisements in several major translator listing platforms, including ProZ, American Translators Association, and local platforms like Japan Association of Translators (JAT). In these platforms, the main issue is that “semiconductor” is not listed as one of the search categories, so one has to get creative and search relevant fields like electronics, engineering, etc.
